✔ You are financially unable to pay for the repairs

✔ The requested repairs address a health or safety risk

✔ Home is in south Deschutes County or north Klamath County

The Critical Home Repair program repairs, replaces or builds systems that impact health and safety for families who could not otherwise afford to them. Repairs may include but are not limited to:

• roofing

• siding

• window

• heating and air conditioning

• septic or well

• plumbing

• electrical systems

• and wheelchair ramps or other accessibility measures.

“I am a recipient of your generous help in restoring and repairing items in my manufactured home located in La Pine, Or. I am an 80yr. senior woman living in La Pine for almost 30 years and as life goes, my home had need of many repairs/restorations. Your organization has provided previously for me, a wheelchair ramp, and at this time a new roof for which I give you THANKS.
